Kelly Taylor

Lead Veterinary Technician

I have always loved being around animals, at a young age I decided I wanted to pursue a career that involved them. It was in high school, that I decided that I wanted to be a veterinary technician. I graduated from Ridgetown College in 2003 and joined the Southampton Pet Hospital Team in 2008. The areas of veterinary medicine that interest me most are orthopedic surgery, chemotherapy, and ultrasound. My first pet was a dog named Patch. The thing I love about my job is being able to use my skills to help improve the lives of our patients. My favourite thing about the clinic is a variety of interesting and challenging surgeries.

A fun fact about myself is that I have a horse named Flip that is 17 hands high!
