Please be advised our hospital is currently operating with limited staff and we are not accepting new clients at this time. We remain open and our team continues to be here for you and your cherished pets.

Important Updates & Changes:

1. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

Continue our "closed waiting room" policy to protect our clients and staff. When you arrive, please remain outside the hospital and use your cell phone to call 519-797-2960. We will take a history of your pet's health and discuss any concerns. A staff member will then meet you outside to bring your pet into the hospital for an examination. Once your veterinarian has completed the examination a staff member will call you to discuss the recommended treatment plan.
Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method.
Continue with curbside pickup of food and medication. Please allow 5-7 business days for all food and medication orders.

*NEW* Alternatively, you can have your food shipped directly to your home by visiting our website and clicking on "Online Store".

2. HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
